Office Training & Automation Project (OTAP)
The Office Training & Automation Project (OTAP) team helps the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) leverage technology for increased productivity through:
- Workflow analysis and application development to automate agency functions
- Implementing SharePoint solutions including custom consulting and development, training and support
- Customized two-hour classroom training on the Microsoft Office Suite or other commonly used software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Help files and web-based training for custom workflow automation applications
